For the first time, the WHO has issued an advisory on food and drink, know what to do and what not to do

Outbreaks of coronavirus are spreading rapidly around the world. The Central and State Governments are making efforts to prevent this infection from taking a terrible form in India, so the lockdown has been extended till May 17, which is being followed all over India. In addition, the World Health Organization has periodically given a number of advice on precautions to be taken to avoid corona.

For the first time, the WHO has released a guideline on how your diet should be to avoid corona, which says 'what to do and what not'? So that your body's immunity increases and you stay healthy. The WHO has given food safety advice and many tips.

Not only that, WHO has also explained why it is important to eat and drink at such times. Let us know what are those tips?

Be sure to wash your hands with soap before making or touching any food. After going to the washroom, wash your hands thoroughly with soap. After thoroughly washing the space where you cook in the kitchen, re-sanitize.

According to the WHO, micro-organisms can be found in dishwashers and other clothing used in the kitchen that can be eaten by hand, so special care should be taken. According to the WHO, raw meat is first boiled at a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius. When making meat or chicken soup, boil it until it turns pink. After cooking, the meat should look very clean. Don’t forget to heat the food before you start eating. All insects die from prolonged cooking, it is safe to eat food cooked at a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius. These are just some of the goal setting shareware that you can use.

Keep raw meat, chicken etc. away from other food items. The two utensils should be separate. Do not use cutting boards and paddles used in other cooking materials. Keep raw and cooked foods in check. According to the WHO, raw foods may contain microorganisms, especially in the juices of chicken, mutton, etc., which go into other cooked foods when cooking. Caution is required.

Do not leave food cooked at room temperature for more than two hours. Keep food in the refrigerator at the right temperature. Before serving, take it out of the refrigerator and heat it well to 60 degrees Celsius. Try not to eat food kept in the fridge for too long as microorganisms grow quickly in foods kept at low temperatures. Microorganisms cannot survive at temperatures above 5 degrees and 60 degrees.

Use fairly clean water for cooking and drinking. It is best to boil water and then drink it. Use fruits and vegetables only after they have been thoroughly washed. According to the WHO, water and ice also often contain microbes that make it toxic. Therefore, it would be appropriate for you to peel the vegetables and disinfect them.

What are the differences and similarities between the common cold, flu, and COVID-19 (2019 novel coronavirus)?

What are the differences and similarities between the common cold, flu, and COVID-19 (2019 novel coronavirus)?

The following article is designed to answer the following question. "What are the differences and similarities between the common cold, flu and COVID-19?" The table below summarizes the similar and different signs and symptoms of the common cold, flu, and COVID-19.
Signs and SymptomsColdFlu (Influenza)COVID-19 (Wuhan Coronavirus)Fever Mild if present Often Often
Fatigue, Tiredness Occasional, mild Common Occasional
Sneezing Common Infrequent Infrequent
Body Aches Common Common Occasional
Headache Very infrequent Common Occasional
Sore Throat Common Occasional Occasional
Stuffy or Runny Nose Common Occasional Infrequent
Diarrhea No Occasional Infrequent
Watery eyes Common Common Infrequent
Cough Mild Dry cough A dry cough, often severe
Shortness of Breath No Rare With mild/moderate infection
Difficulty Breathing* No In severe infections* Common in severe infections**Needs oxygen or ventilator

Although the table covers the signs and symptoms of these three conditions, it does not clearly prioritize the similarities and differences that medical professionals mainly use to differentiate or diagnose them. Consequently, the following will summarize the main features of each disease and actual and/or proposed treatment

The common cold is a viral infection of the upper respiratory system (nose, throat, sinuses, Eustachian tubes, trachea, larynx, and bronchial tubes). Rhinoviruses cause about 30%-50% of colds. However, more than 200 different viruses may cause the common cold. Colds are contagious, can spread from person to person, and have an incubation period of about 1-7 days. A cold's duration (how long it lasts) is about 7-10 days. However, depending upon the viral strain, a cold can last up to 2 weeks. Colds are a mild upper respiratory illness with a runny, stuffy nose without fever. Doctors mainly diagnose colds using clinical observation and medical history. No tests are necessary.

Flu (influenza)

Influenza (commonly termed the flu) is a viral infection of the upper respiratory and/or lower respiratory system. Influenza viruses cause the flu. These viruses usually cause more serious symptoms in the respiratory system than cold-causing viruses. The flu is contagious, can spread from person to person, and has an incubation period of about 1-4 days. The flu's duration varies from about 5 days to 2 weeks depending upon the severity of the infection. The flu can become an intense and potentially fatal illness (pneumonia) in some individuals. Hallmarks of the flu include mild to high fever, moderate to severe headache, cough, fatigue, and body aches/pains. Severe flu may have symptoms that develop rapidly and require supportive care. Doctors diagnose the flu based on clinical symptoms and by readily available lab tests.

COVID-19 (2019 novel coronavirus)

COVID-19 (also termed the Wuhan coronavirus, 2019 novel coronavirus, 2019-nCoV, and others) is a single-stranded, positive-sense RNA coronavirus. It is a new strain of coronavirus (the term corona means crown) responsible for causing a pandemic of serious respiratory problems that started in Wuhan, China. Researchers believe it originated from infected animals and jumped over to infecting people in a large open seafood/animal market. Also, it has been able to spread from person to person and is rapidly spreading worldwide. It is related to the SARS and MERS coronaviruses. It has an incubation period ranging from 2-14 days. Person-to-person spread may happen even if the infected person has no symptoms during the incubation period. Infected people may also not be aware they have the virus and may not show symptoms. The main symptoms of COVID-19 are fever (usually high), moderate to severe coughing, and shortness of breath. Other symptoms and signs may include a sore throat, diarrhea, body aches and pains, and a stuffy or runny nose. At first, it seemed to target people over 60 years old and have severe underlying health conditions like heart disease, lung disease, and diabetes, but recent data from Italy suggests that people 20-60 years of age may get the disease at about the same rate. About 80% recover without specific treatment, while about 20% may require some respiratory support (oxygen and/or ventilator support).

Gujarat's treasury Talia Jatak, find out what the government will do now for the salaries of employees

Gujarat's treasury Talia Jatak, find out what the government will do now for the salaries of employees.

It is feared that the state government's revenue will be hit by more than Rs 10,000 crore in two months due to the transition and lockdown situation.  Not only this, the share from the center can also be reduced drastically.  There are fears of an unimaginable loss to the government's coffers if the epidemic continues.

All estimates for the current year's budget are likely to be disrupted.  The state government will not be able to launch new schemes this year.  Now that the government's coffers are running low, a proposal has been made to take loans to pay the salaries of the employees.  The government needs Rs 4,000 crore per month for employees and pensioners.

The state government has also incurred huge losses in the financial year 2019-20.  The state has received Rs 5815 crore less in central taxes while the state taxes have been reduced by Rs 1792 crore.  On the other hand, the amount of tax due in one year has increased by Rs 12,708 crore.  The state government has not been able to recover the disputed as well as undisputed Rs 43,000 crore, yet the Gujarat government has collected revenue of Rs 1.50 lakh crore in the year ended March.

According to the Finance Department, the state government has set a revenue target of Rs 136447 crore and a revenue of Rs 46766 crore by the end of the financial year 2020-21.  Thus, the total revenue of Gujarat government is estimated to be Rs 183213 crore by the end of March 2021, but due to the transition of Koro, the government is estimated to lose a total of Rs 10,000 crore in March, April and May.  There are some revenues during lockdown that are zero.

The biggest loss to the Gujarat government is in GST and value added tax.  In addition there is stamp duty as well as land revenue income.  The biggest hit in electricity taxes has been due to the closure of industrial groups.  New vehicles are not registered in the state.  Real estate is a complete lockdown so stamp duty and registration revenue is off.  Both of these segments are down 90 percent.

"We will be able to estimate in June that the state's various tax revenues are declining," said a senior official of the state finance department.  Although the central government is also considering getting relief, it will in fact be decided after the survey is completed.

The central government has paid only Rs 16,666 crore in October and November to help the state during the transition to Koro.  Only 50 per cent of this amount has been received.  The Center still has to pay Gujarat in December, January, February and March.  If the lockdown increases, it could include April and May.

Cloud computing is the conveyance of various administrations through the Internet. These assets incorporate instruments and applications like information stockpiling, servers, databases, systems administration, and programming.

Rather than keeping files on a proprietary hard drive or local storage device, cloud-based storage makes it possible to save them to a remote database. As long as an electronic device has access to the web, it has access to the data and the software programs to run it.

Cloud computing is a popular option for people and businesses for a number of reasons including cost savings, increased productivity, speed and efficiency, performance, and security.

Understanding Cloud Computing

Cloud computing is named as such because the information being accessed is found remotely in the cloud or a virtual space. Companies that provide cloud services enable users to store files and applications on remote servers and then access all the data via the Internet. This means the user is not required to be in a specific place to gain access to it, allowing the user to work remotely.

Education policy analysis is the scholarly study of education policy. It seeks to answer questions about the purpose of education, the objectives (societal and personal) that it is designed to attain, the methods for attaining them and the tools for measuring their success or failure. Research intended to inform education policy is carried out in a wide variety of institutions and in many academic disciplines.
Important researchers are affiliated with departments of psychology, economics, sociology, and human development, in addition to schools and departments of education or public policy. Examples of education policy analysis may be found in such academic journals as Education Policy Analysis Archives and in university policy centers such as the National Education Policy Center housed at the University of Colorado Boulder University of Colorado Boulder.
Kargil Vijay Diwas, named after the successful Operation Vijay, is celebrated in India on 26 July. On this date in 1999, India successfully took command of the high outposts which had been lost to Pakistan. The Kargil war was fought for more than 60 days, ended on 26 July and resulted in loss of life on both the sides. The war ended with India regaining control of all the previously held territory, hence re-establishing the status quo ante bellum. Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated on 26 July every year in honour of the Kargil War's Heroes.
This day is celebrated in the Kargil–Dras sector and the national capital New Delhi, where the Prime Minister of India pays homage to the soldiers at Amar Jawan Jyoti at India Gate every year.Functions are also organized all over the country to commemorate the contributions of the armed forces
After the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, there had been a long period with relatively few direct armed conflicts involving the military forces of the two neighbours – notwithstanding the efforts of both nations to control the Siachen Glacier by establishing military outposts on the surrounding mountains ridges and the resulting military skirmishes in the 1980s. During the 1990s, however, escalating tensions and conflict due to separatist activities in Kashmir, some of which were supported by Pakistan, as well as the conducting of nuclear tests by both countries in 1998, led to an increasingly belligerent atmosphere.
In an attempt to defuse the situation, both countries signed the Lahore Declaration in February 1999, promising to provide a peaceful and bilateral solution to the Kashmir conflict. During the winter of 1998–1999, some elements of the Pakistani Armed Forces were covertly training and sending Pakistani troops and paramilitary forces, some allegedly in the guise of mujahideen, into territory on the Indian side of the line of control (LOC). The infiltration was code named "Operation Badr".
The aim of the Pakistani incursion was to sever the link between Kashmir and Ladakh and cause Indian forces to withdraw from the Siachen Glacier, thus forcing India to negotiate a settlement of the broader Kashmir dispute. Pakistan also believed that any tension in the region would internationalize the Kashmir issue, helping it to secure a speedy resolution. Yet another goal may have been to boost the morale of the decade-long rebellion in Indian State of Kashmir by taking a pro-active role.
